You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling employee inquiries, and assisting with performance management processes. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus, as is familiarity with employment law. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, able to work independently and as part of a team. They will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to providing exceptional support to employees at all levels.
