Become Our Purchase Head – Leadership Role with Growth Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchase Head to lead our procurement team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring cost-effective procurement, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting the company’s operational and strategic goals. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals. Source and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective purchasing. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred). 8 to 12 years of experience in procurement or purchase management. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
