The role requires hands-on experience in machine setup, tool changing, program editing, and quality inspection to ensure smooth production operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate VMC machines and perform daily setup/changeover. Read and interpret engineering drawings & CNC programs. Handle tooling, offsets, and parameter adjustments as required. Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges). Maintain machine efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure safety compliance.
