The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads via cold calling, email, networking, building and maintaining client relationships, pitching products/services, following up on leads, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development; however, freshers with strong communication skills can also apply. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, a sales-oriented mindset, basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), and the ability to handle client objections effectively.
