Qualifications: Any UG Degree Prior experience in medical billing, insurance follow-ups, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Good communication skills, especially over phone and email. Basic computer skills and experience using billing software or CRMs. Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and tact.
