Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of medical billing professionals working in non-voice processes, such as data entry, claim verification, and billing documentation. Monitor team performance, track productivity metrics, and ensure adherence to accuracy and compliance standards. Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and resolve billing-related issues. Review billing data for correctness, identify discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation in medical billing systems. Collaborate with other departments such as coding, accounts receivable, and compliance teams to ensure smooth workflows. Location: Chennai Experience: 5 to 7 years Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in healthcare, finance, administration, or a related field is preferred.
