Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks are met. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely procurement and distribution. Analyze operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions as required. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field. Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial setup. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent knowledge of production planning, safety standards, and quality control.
