Monitor and maintain equipment performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate preventive maintenance activities. Ensure proper handling and storage of paints, chemicals, and hazardous materials as per regulatory guidelines. Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and safety awareness. Collaborate with other departments such as production, quality assurance, and logistics to streamline operations and achieve company goals.
