Immediate Hiring Accounts Manager (Manufacturing Industry) in Chennai Job Title: Accounts Manager Location: Chennai Reporting To: Finance Controller Experience: 8+ Years Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial decision-making. The role requires expertise in financial reporting, team management, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting Lead month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports Handle accounts payable, receivable, banking, and intercompany reconciliations Manage inventory accounting and costing Support budgeting, forecasting, and audits Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (mandatory) Minimum 8 years’ experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred Strong financial reporting and budgeting expertise Proficiency in ERP/accounting software & MS Excel Experience in manufacturing/distribution industries is an added advantage Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary : Best in Industry Regards, Sofia HR, 8220184451 | |
