Join Our Team as an AR Analyst in Chennai Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Analyst to join our healthcare revenue cycle team. You will be responsible for analyzing accounts receivable, resolving claim issues, and ensuring timely payments from insurance providers. Role : AR Analyst Location: Chennai Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on Experience) Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Day Shift) Experience : 1 to 3 Years Key Responsibilities Analyze AR reports and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims. Review denied/rejected claims, identify root causes, and take corrective action. Coordinate with AR Callers, billing, and coding teams to resolve issues. Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by improving collection efficiency. Prepare and maintain accurate AR reports for management. Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Any Graduate (Commerce/Business background preferred). Experience: 1–3 years in AR / Medical Billing (Freshers with analytical skills can apply). Good communication & problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
