Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk operations. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and office supplies. Assist HR and management in scheduling meetings, interviews, and events. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures. Prepare reports, letters, and necessary documentation as required. Support management in day-to-day operational activities. Skills & Qualifications Qualification: Any Degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred). Experience: 1–3 years in administration (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
