Defect Management: They report, document, and track defects to ensure that they are fixed by the development team. Quality Assurance Documentation: QA analysts prepare and update thorough documentation of quality assurance procedures, test results, and defect reports. Compliance and Standards: They make sure products and services conform to industry standards, quality requirements, and customer expectations. Collaboration and Communication: QA analysts collaborate with development, product management, and other teams to build quality into the product throughout its lifecycle. Continuous Improvement: They examine data, detect trends, and suggest solutions to enhance quality and avoid future defects. Feedback and Training: They give feedback to teams regarding quality problems and also train others in quality standards and best practices. Specific Tasks: Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols: They prepare test plans, test cases, and quality assurance documentation.
