The role involves carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production and quality targets. The engineer works closely with production, quality, and safety teams to maintain efficient paintshop processes. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of paintshop equipment such as paint booths, ovens, conveyors, and robots. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements for efficiency and quality. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards during maintenance activities. Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance tasks to support production targets. Skills and Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Basic knowledge of painting processes, robotics, and automation systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with safety practices and industrial standards. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
