Job Description:

We are looking for a professional Admin Assistant to support our office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows. The role involves handling reception duties, coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Qualification :High school diploma or equivalent; B.Com or additional administrative/secretarial qualification is a plus.

Salary : 20k to 30k Based on Experience

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing meeting rooms.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Support other departments with administrative needs as required.

Required Skills :

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
