Our goal is to lead this field and provide our clients with a faultless and easy financial process. What you will do: Verifying patient eligibility, confirming accurate CPT/HCPCS and ICD coding, and making sure all required clinical documentation is fully compliant and supports the service's medical necessity are just a few of the demanding, high-level quality audits you will be in charge of performing on prior authorisation submissions. To promote a culture of continuous quality improvement, your responsibilities will include spotting systemic flaws, reporting on quality trends, facilitating authorisation team training sessions, and carrying out corrective action plans.
