CNC Machining Centres, Wire-Cut EDM, surface grinders, and lathes are just a few of the precision machine tools you will handle and program with skill to maintain precise tolerances, which are frequently within micrometres. In order to minimise production stoppage, you will promptly diagnose wear, damage, or design faults and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all production tooling. Enhance Performance: To increase tool life and enhance product quality, you will examine tool performance data and suggest modifications to the geometry, materials, or production procedures. Maintain Quality: You will check and confirm all new and repaired tooling to engineering specifications using state-of-the-art metrology equipment.
