What you will do:
Managing a large number of incoming and outgoing calls, responding to consumer questions, giving details about our goods and services, and promptly and professionally resolving billing or technical issues are all part of your job description. You will be responsible for maintaining a high First Call Resolution (FCR) rate, accurately documenting all interactions, and following quality and compliance rules. In order to transform possible annoyances into satisfying client experiences, your outstanding communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, and upbeat disposition will be crucial.
