Consultative Selling: You will successfully qualify leads, use good questioning to discover customer needs, and match those needs with the right solution to increase sales conversion. Goal Attainment: You will continuously surpass the sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the sales management team on a weekly and monthly basis. CRM Management: For the purposes of reporting and follow-up, you are in charge of precisely documenting all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates within the CRM system. Building Relationships with Customers: You will respond to customer concerns and provide information in a courteous, professional manner in order to establish trust and cultivate enduring relationships with customers.
