Engineer Tool Design and Development Quality Background 2025 JD: **Location:** Sriperumbudur (Pillaipakkam SIPCOT) ROLE: Engineer Tool Design and Development (Quality Background) Responsibilities Lead the design and development of new products from concept through production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and quality assurance. Create and review engineering documentation and specifications. Perform prototyping and iterative testing to validate design concepts. Ensure products comply with all regulatory and safety standards. Manage timelines and project budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Support manufacturing teams during product launch and resolve any engineering issues that arise. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product development, preferably in a related industry. Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Strong understanding of product lifecycle and engineering processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
