E&I Supervisor The Brain Behind Reliable Operations Job Description Experience: 2 to 4 yrs Salary: From 35K per month and Based on Previous Experience Challenges: Industry 4.0 is quickly approaching in the manufacturing and industrial sectors, necessitating sophisticated, integrated control systems and a reliance on predictive maintenance driven by IIoT devices and smart sensors. In order to ensure not just functioning but also data integrity and operational safety, the future demands E&I Supervisors who can lead a team skilled in managing these complex, highly automated electrical and instrumentation networks. Our goal is to spearhead this change by making sure our infrastructure is dependable, intelligent, and constantly improved. What you will do: You will be responsible for leading a team of E&I Technicians in performing all maintenance, calibration, and installation activities. Your tasks will include scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing complex failures in PLC/DCS systems and field instrumentation, managing the E&I spare parts inventory, and ensuring all work adheres to strict safety protocols and engineering standards. Crucially, you will also be responsible for training and mentoring your team and collaborating with the engineering department on new equipment integration and process optimization projects.
