Optimise Processes: To increase productivity and save waste, you will actively track key performance indicators (KPIs), locate production bottlenecks, and apply Lean/Six Sigma techniques. Assure Quality and Safety: You will work closely with the QC team to address flaws and put remedial measures in place, while also rigorously enforcing all business safety procedures and quality control standards. Manage Resources: In order to reduce downtime and guarantee material availability, you will supervise the effective use of labour, equipment, and supplies, liaising with the supply chain and maintenance.
