This includes interpreting technical drawings, selecting and installing the correct tooling, setting work and tool offsets, and proving out programs (G-code/M-code). You will be the sole owner of the machine's readiness and initial run quality, directly influencing operational efficiency and final product quality. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to optimize machine performance will have a direct and tangible impact on our company's success.
