Drive Optimization: You will conduct time studies, capacity planning, and efficiency analyses, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles to continually reduce waste, cost, and cycle time. Troubleshoot and Resolve: You will identify and diagnose technical and process-related bottlenecks, implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate root causes of defects and downtime. Manage Quality: You will collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to establish and monitor process control parameters, ensuring that manufacturing output consistently meets strict quality standards. Support New Products: You will play a key role in the transfer of new products from R&D to mass production, designing the tooling, fixtures, and processes necessary for successful launch.
