Blueprint Interpretation: You'll accurately read and interpret engineering blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications to ensure all work meets dimensional and quality requirements. Equipment Mastery: You will set up, calibrate, and maintain TIG welding equipment, selecting appropriate tungsten, filler material, and shielding gas parameters for each specific job. Quality Assurance: You'll conduct thorough self-inspections of welds to identify and correct imperfections, ensuring compliance with NDT standards before hand-off to Quality Control. Safety & Compliance: You will strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure optimal efficiency and hazard prevention.
