Our goal is to use intelligent, integrated maintenance to achieve unparalleled operating efficiency and final quality. What you will do: The complete lifecycle management of paintshop equipment will fall under your purview. This involves creating and carrying out predictive and preventative maintenance plans for air handling units (AHUs), paint robots, mixing rooms, conveyor systems, and curing ovens. Advanced troubleshooting of intricate mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues as well as PLC/HMI programming modifications will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee continuous improvement initiatives centered on spare parts management, defect reduction, and energy efficiency. Keeping a high-quality, legal, and dependable paint business will depend heavily on your specific understanding of paint systems and dedication to safety.
