Be the Problem-Solver: You will diagnose and resolve complex production issues as they arise, from equipment malfunctions (robotics, conveyors, booth systems) to material supply bottlenecks, to minimize downtime. Lead a Team: You will mentor and guide a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Implement Best Practices: You will identify opportunities for process improvements, recommending upgrades or modifications to equipment and procedures to enhance performance, reduce VOC emissions, and improve energy efficiency.
