QA engineers that can create and implement advanced quality systems that foresee and stop errors along the whole value chain will be in high demand in the future. Our goal is to raise the bar for manufacturing quality and guarantee that every product is error-free and in compliance. What you will do: You will be responsible for a wide range of quality assurance activities throughout the product lifecycle, from design to delivery. This includes developing and implementing Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, conducting internal and supplier audits, and utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and manage key manufacturing variables. Your tasks will also involve leading root cause analysis for defects, driving continuous improvement projects, and managing the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system to ensure long-term solutions are implemented.
