Program and Edit: To make sure specifications are fulfilled, you will upload CNC programs, study and analyse technical documentation and blueprints, and make any necessary program revisions and adjustments at the machine control panel. Assure Quality: To make sure items fulfil strict dimensional and surface finish tolerances, you will use precision measuring tools to conduct in-process quality checks. Maintain Performance: To increase machine uptime, you will monitor the machine while it is operating, troubleshoot common problems, replace worn-out or damaged equipment, and carry out regular preventative maintenance.
