QC Engineer Create Your Personal Quality Control Future Job Description Experience: 3+ yrs Salary: Based on Previous Experience Education: Diploma/BE in E&I What You will do: Inspect and Verify: You will be responsible for conducting and overseeing all stages of quality inspection, including incoming materials, in-process production checks, and final product release. Master Metrology: You will operate, program, and maintain advanced measuring equipment, such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), vision systems, and specialized gauges, to verify product dimensions against engineering drawings and GD&T specifications. Control Quality Systems: You will maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, quality control plans, and calibration records, ensuring strict adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards. Analyze and Report: You will analyze inspection data and defect rates, using statistical tools to provide feedback to Production and Quality Assurance teams on quality trends and potential process deviations. Issue Resolution: You will initiate, document, and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and work with the Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are implemented on the shop floor.
