Take the reins and Work as a Production Supervisor Job Description Who You Are: Team Leadership & Safety: You will lead the production team with strength and visibility, overseeing daily tasks, offering mentoring, and strictly enforcing all business safety procedures, such as the use of PPE and LOTO. Operational Control: To guarantee that daily output and quality goals are fulfilled, you will actively modify labour, material flow, and machine settings while keeping an eye on important production data in real-time. Quality Assurance: You are in charge of making sure that every product produced in your region satisfies predetermined quality standards, promptly addressing any deviations, and working with the QC team to put corrective measures in place. Documentation & Reporting: You will keep precise daily production records, monitor efficiency metrics, scrap rates, and downtime, and submit performance summaries to the production manager.
