Quality engineers that can create and implement complex quality systems that foresee and stop flaws along the whole value chain are essential in the future. Our goal is to set a new standard for manufacturing excellence by guaranteeing that each product is perfect and compliant. What you will do: Throughout the course of the product lifecycle, you will be in charge of a variety of quality assurance and control tasks. This entails creating and putting into practice Quality Management System (QMS) procedures (such as those based on ISO 9001), carrying out supplier and internal audits, and using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to keep an eye on and manage important manufacturing variables. Leading failure root cause analysis, spearheading continuous improvement initiatives (like Six Sigma/Lean), and overseeing the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system to guarantee long-term fixes are put into place are all part of your responsibilities. In order to set quality standards for new items, you will work with the design and production teams.
