Diagnose and Repair Complex Faults: You will rapidly diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures, utilizing technical manuals, schematics, and specialized diagnostic tools to minimize Mean Time To Repair. Drive Reliability: You will utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System to track work orders, manage spare parts inventory, analyze equipment failure data, and implement root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Manage and Train: You will oversee and train maintenance technicians on proper repair techniques, safety protocols, and the use of new diagnostic equipment. Ensure Safety and Compliance: You will ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
