Work on a rapid fire Factory Team as Maintenance Engineer Job Description Who You Are: Reliability Engineering: To increase uptime and lower unplanned failures, you will design, implement, and improve Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs for vital electrical assets (such as switchgear, motors, VFDs, and transformers). Advanced Troubleshooting: As the subject matter expert, you will minimise production downtime by identifying and fixing complicated electrical problems in industrial machinery, PLC/DCS systems, control logic, and power distribution systems. Project Management & Compliance: You will oversee electrical capital projects from scope definition to commissioning, making sure that all installations adhere to company standards and safety norms (NEC/IEC). Technical Leadership: You will help Electrical Technicians build their skills in advanced diagnostics and safety procedures by offering them high-level technical advice, training, and mentoring.
