Raising the Counter Site QA/QC Engineer Job Description Experience: 0 to 3 yrs Salary: Based on Previous Experience Challenges: Driven by extremely strict quality control systems and data-driven verification on the ground, the manufacturing sector is moving faster towards a future of zero-defect building and installation. In order to ensure that all installation, welding, and structural procedures adhere to the strictest international codes and project specifications before, during, and after execution, the future requires Site QA/QC Engineers to be proactive system enforcers in addition to inspectors. Our goal is to complete projects with unparalleled quality and legal compliance. What you will do: The creation, implementation, and enforcement of the project's Quality Management System on the production site will fall within your purview. This entails developing and overseeing thorough Inspection and Test Plans, carrying out and recording all required inspections, and issuing and monitoring all Non-Conformance Reports as well as Corrective and Preventive Actions. Communicating with third-party inspectors, confirming welder credentials, making sure site testing equipment is calibrated, and creating the final Quality Dossier/Handover Package are all part of your responsibilities. Delivering a high-integrity project will require your exacting attention to detail, familiarity with pertinent codes, and capacity to uphold standards under duress.
