Drive Audit Readiness: You will prepare and organize documentation and coding records to ensure the organization is continually ready for internal audits and external payer audits, such as the Risk Adjustment Data Validation program. Stay Expert: You will actively track continuing education requirements to maintain professional coding credentials and stay current on annual coding changes and regulatory updates impacting risk adjustment models.
