Our goal is to use proactive, data-driven AR resolution to achieve best-in-class revenue cycle management. What you will do: You will be in charge of carefully overseeing the inventory of outdated accounts receivable. This entails examining EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), identifying and marking claims that need to be followed up on, and aggressively calling insurance payers to enquire about the status of claims, contest denials, and speed up payment resolution. Identifying payer-specific rejection trends, accurately recording all follow-up activities in the billing system, and coordinating with the coding and billing teams to put corrective measures in place to stop future revenue leakage are all part of your responsibilities.
