Desired Outcomes: Creating inspection plans, maintaining quality paperwork, and supervising process audits are just a few of the many crucial quality assurance duties you will be in charge of. Your proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D Problem Solving, FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) will be essential for proactively detecting risks and promoting systemic improvements. In order to address non-conformances, put into practice efficient Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and promote a continuous quality improvement culture throughout the entire facility, you will work closely with the Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments.
