Cross-Functional Leadership: You will lead, inspire, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure unified project execution and risk mitigation. Budget and Timeline Control: You are responsible for managing the resource allocation, capital expenditure, and timelines for the NPD portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and meeting all critical milestones. Launch Readiness: You will ensure all necessary elements for commercial success are in place prior to launch, including production readiness, quality certification, training, and strategic marketing handoffs.
