Drive Reliability and Efficiency: You will implement and refine the Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategy, utilizing condition monitoring and root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring failures to reduce downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Manage Resources and Budget: You will assist the Manager in managing the maintenance budget, controlling costs related to spare parts inventory, external vendor contracts, and internal labor allocation. Ensure Compliance and Safety: You will ensure all maintenance activities, including work on high-voltage and hydraulic systems, strictly adhere to safety standards (LOTO), quality system requirements, and environmental regulations.
