Uphold High Standards: You will ensure all verbal communication and documentation adhere to our company's quality and compliance standards, maintaining a clear, professional, and positive tone in both Tamil and English (for reporting). Drive Customer Satisfaction: You will strive to achieve and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction (CSAT), first-call resolution, and average handling time (AHT). Maintain Records: You will accurately enter and update customer information and details of the interaction in our database and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
