Tool Management: You will load all cutting tools into the tool magazine after choosing, presetting, and measuring them. You will also set precise tool diameter and length offsets. Offset Optimization: To maintain tight tolerances and guarantee that the first-off component satisfies all blueprint requirements, you will carefully modify machine offsets. First-Off Inspection: Before giving the component to the operator, you will conduct and record the vital first-off component inspection. You will use precision instruments to confirm that dimensional quality is attained. Troubleshooting: You'll minimize machine downtime by promptly identifying and fixing problems that emerge during setup or production.
