PPC Executive Driving Efficiency Through Smart Planning Job Description Experience: 2 to 5 yrs Salary: Based on Previous Experience Challenges: The manufacturing sector is rapidly adopting smart factory principles, where production efficiency is driven by real-time data integration, advanced forecasting models, and flexible scheduling (Industry 4.0). The future demands PPC Engineers who are masters of operational analytics, supply chain synchronization, and dynamic scheduling, ensuring materials, capacity, and time align perfectly to meet volatile customer demand with minimal waste. Our vision is to achieve the pinnacle of agile, cost-effective, just-in-time manufacturing. What you will do: Developing detailed production schedules (short-term and long-term) based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints, utilizing ERP/MRP systems. Managing material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components, preventing stockouts or overstocking. Monitoring and analyzing production performance (KPIs), such as efficiency, utilization, and adherence to schedule, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions. Coordinating closely with Sales, Procurement, and Production teams to balance customer demand with plant capacity and resolve schedule conflicts.
