Process Optimization and Lean Implementation: You will actively monitor and analyze assembly workflows, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. You will lead the implementation of Lean methodologies to continuously improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance line balancing. Quality and Standards: You will collaborate closely with the Quality team to enforce assembly standards, conduct in-process quality checks, and swiftly implement Corrective Actions (CAs) to eliminate assembly defects and ensure product conformance. Team Leadership and Development: You will mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to Assembly Supervisors and Operators, managing performance, conducting training on new assembly fixtures or processes, and fostering a disciplined, safety-conscious team culture.
