Future TIG welders must be genuine craftsmen who can create X-ray-quality, structurally solid, and aesthetically flawless welds with no distortion, which is essential for mission-critical applications. Our goal is to set the standard for precise, high-integrity metal joining. What you will do: Reading and accurately interpreting complex welding blueprints, symbols, and specifications to determine proper joint configuration and welding parameters. Preparing materials by cleaning, fixturing, and tack-welding components to ensure zero contaminants. Executing consistently flawless TIG welds in various positions, ensuring minimal heat distortion and achieving required penetration and bead profile. Performing self-inspection of welds for defects and utilizing appropriate measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy.
