Deputy Manager Keeping Machines Running Perfectly Job Description Who You Are: Operational Management: You will supervise day-to-day moulding operations, making sure that production schedules are fulfilled in terms of Quantity, Quality, and Efficiency (OEE) and quickly resolving important bottlenecks in resources, materials, and technology. Process Excellence & Improvement: To maximise moulding parameters, lower scrap rates, and improve machine utilisation, you will support continuous improvement initiatives using techniques including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Technical Oversight: To guarantee process stability and component quality, you will offer Process Engineers and Technicians high-level technical advice on complicated issues pertaining to tooling, material properties, hot runners, and machinery troubleshooting. Team Development & Leadership: In order to promote a culture of safety, accountability, technical proficiency, and high performance within the moulding department, you are in charge of mentoring, coaching, and overseeing supervisors and team leads.
