Assistant Manager Excellent Assembly Line Achievement Job Description Experience: 6+ yrs Salary: Based on Previous Experience Education: Diploma/BE in Mech What You will do: Operational Oversight: You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the assembly department, including personnel, equipment scheduling, material flow, and making sure that all production goals and deadlines for finished plastic components are fulfilled. Process Optimisation and Lean Implementation: In order to find and fix bottlenecks, you will actively monitor and analyse assembly operations. To consistently increase productivity, cut waste, and improve line balancing, you will oversee the application of lean methodologies. Quality and Standards: You will work closely with the Quality team to carry out in-process quality audits, enforce assembly standards, and quickly execute Corrective Actions (CAs) to guarantee product compliance and get rid of assembly flaws. Team Leadership and Development: You will mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to Assembly Supervisors and Operators, managing performance, conducting training on new assembly fixtures or processes, and fostering a disciplined, safety-conscious team culture.
