Each Dimension Matter as a VMC Operator Job Description Experience: 3+ yrs Salary: Based on Previous Experience Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above What You will do: Machine Setup and Operation: You will mount fixtures, align workpieces, and make sure the right raw material is used for the project while skilfully setting up, loading, and operating CNC VMC machines. Tool Management: In order to ensure that tool offsets are precisely measured and entered into the control system, you will be in charge of choosing, installing, modifying, and replacing cutting tools and inserts in the tool magazine. Program Execution and Offset Adjustment: To preserve component quality and reduce cycle time, you will load, check, and run pre-written CNC programs (G-code/M-code), making the required tool and work offsets and small parameter adjustments. Conduct Quality Checks: Using precision measurement tools, you will conduct required in-process quality control checks to make sure products fulfil criteria for surface finish and dimensions.
