Calibration and Tuning: To ensure measurement accuracy and ideal tuning to satisfy process requirements and quality standards, you will carry out exact field calibrations of instruments and control loops. Troubleshoot Complex Faults: To reduce downtime, you will use schematics, multimeters, process calibrators, and PLC/DCS software interfaces to identify and fix electrical and control system problems. Maintain Safety and Compliance: You will make sure that all installation and maintenance work adheres to electrical codes, hazardous area standards, safety procedures, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols. Documentation and CMMS: Within the Computerised Maintenance Management System, you will precisely fill all work orders, calibration records, and activity logs.
