Accurately processing transactions, data entry, and updates in internal systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) based on service requests or financial documentation. Diagnosing and resolving customer concerns by studying internal databases and communicating with cross-functional teams, ensuring all communication is documented accurately and concisely. Adhering rigorously to service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times, and constantly fulfilling key performance indicators (KPIs) linked to quality and productivity.
