PPC engineers that are experts in supply chain synchronisation, dynamic scheduling, and operational analytics are needed in the future to make sure that time, capacity, and materials are all properly aligned to meet changing customer demand with the least amount of waste. Our goal is to attain the highest level of just-in-time, flexible, and economical manufacturing. What you will do: Using ERP/MRP systems to create comprehensive production schedules (both short-term and long-term) based on capacity limitations, inventory levels, and sales projections. Managing material requirements planning (MRP) helps avoid stockouts and overstocking by ensuring timely acquisition of components and raw materials. detecting bottlenecks and putting remedial measures in place, as well as tracking and evaluating production performance (KPIs) like efficiency, utilisation, and schedule adherence. coordinating closely with the production, procurement, and sales teams to overcome scheduling difficulties and strike a balance between plant capacity and consumer demand.
